Period & Location

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of the delivery date.
• Returns/exchanges are handled in person at our branch only. They cannot be done through the delivery courier, since orders cannot be opened at the time of delivery.

⚠️ No Returns or Exchanges In These Cases

• Swimwear, leggings/culottes, and evening (soirée) dresses.
• Orders shipped to governorates (outside Cairo & Giza).
• During Eid periods.
• During sales & promotions.

General Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
• Please bring the purchase invoice or any proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in cash, at the branch.
